Starting a new venture can
be a daunting experience but we have been given the opportunity to own these
two stallions and have met many people who have been more than willing to
share in their knowledge and experience to help us along the way.
Hard Rock N Haida, aka Hyde,
sired by Haidas
Little Pep out of a producing daughter of Docs Hickory. Young N High, aka
Gunner, sired by High Brow Hickory out of a daughter of Young Gun.
With the power in their pedigrees, we are hoping that they will be a force to
be reckoned with in both the breeding barn and the show ring.
Many many thanks to Paige and
Barry Strawn of Onn-A-Wym Farms in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, for the gift of
friendship and the sharing of your knowledge and experiences in this big new
world. The willingness of you to allow us to purchase these two
stallions is something that we will never forgot. I hope to do you proud
in finding them all the help and expertise they will require to experience greatness in the show ring.
Also a big thank you to Dale Dodd, for the
great year she put in with Hyde and Gunner in 2007 and for everything she
taught me about the cutting world.
We would also like to thank
Jason Hanson for accepting both Hyde and Gunner into his show string for 2008.
We are hoping for great things from this new partnership.
